This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.

You can not go wrong with this furniture. Good price. Nice color! It does not look cheap like the others. I have received so many compliments. It's very cool and looks great. Will definitely buy other colors!

Nice Kids Bed with excellent value! I bought several of these in different designs as Christmas gifts and they were very well received! They thought it cost way more than they actually did.
