We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct Mattress was here within 7 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.

It arrived on time. I have had many Mattress(s) before, but this one is the best. It's also stylish and am very happy to have bought it.

I ordered a Mattress and after I realized it was going to arrive later than expected I tried to cancel online with no luck as the system told me it was already loaded for shipment. These furniture are so nice, now I have it in 1 colors. He is so incredibly versatile and can accompany me to everyone. It's sturdy, luxurious, soft and it definitely seems like I paid more for it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect 'one and done' Mattress!

I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
