I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.

I love this Mattress! The Alwyn Home Alwyn Home Myrick Two-Sided 14" Medium Gel Memory Foam Mattress is nice. This seems much more expensive than it is. I have this as a gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it and I am very happy to see her happy. highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Wayfair. Fast shipping, reasonable shipping costs if not free shipping. I had to return a defected/damaged item. They sent a replacement. The company didn't want the other piece back since the shipping would not have been worth it.

We ordered a Mattress which had been difficult to find, and when the Mattressarrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.

I LOVE THIS Mattress! It is super cute and stylish and functional. I gave it five stars because I love the style and the look, I really hope the company can redesign with more substantial material. If not someone will beat them to it I am sure. Style is great.
